Funding Identification and Grant Writing
Schmidt Consulting meets with organizations to understand the specifics of existing projects or the need for expanded services. Based on the information provided in this meeting, we create a funding opportunities report with a list of potentially applicable public and private programs including a description of the funder, program requirements, and deadlines.
Schmidt Consulting will complete and submit grant applications identified either by your organization or through a funding opportunities report. We also administer successfully funded programs for your organization to ensure all guidelines and reporting requirements are met on or ahead of schedule.
Presentations and Meetings
Schmidt Consulting translates your mission and needs to those outside your organization. We can create a tailored message for federal, state, or local elected officials and other community partners. We serve as an advocate on your behalf, arranging and facilitating meetings with potential partners.
As community and political support can be key to launching a successful project or program, Schmidt Consulting can provide assistance during special events and community meetings ranging from coaching and preparation to organizing and facilitating the event.
